Spitalul Orășenesc Mioveni are un nou director medical. Este vorba despre medicul chirurg Alexandru Iacobescu care a preluat atribuţiile funcţiei de la dr. Adrian Ion Ciocănea, medic primar ATI. Dr. Alexandru Iacobescu a absolvit Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie „Carol Davila” București – Facultatea de Medicină Generală, urmând studiile de doctorat în cadrul aceleiași instituții de învățământ superior, specializarea Chirurgie Generală. Experiența profesională i se regăsește într-un portofoliu vast care include Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgență Sibiu, Spitalul Clinic de Urgență “Sfântul Ioan”București, Spitalul Clinic Colentina și Spitalul Orășenesc Mioveni. A absolvit mai multe cursuri postuniversitare și a obținut diverse atestări profesionale în chirurgie. A participat la numeroase conferințe și congrese de specialitate, fiind și coautor al unor lucrări care s-au bucurat de apreciere în rândul specialiștilor în domeniu. “Cred că este un câștig pentru noi cooptarea dr. Iacobescu în echipa managerială. Este tânăr, are energie și putere de muncă, iar pe lângă abilitățile profesionale deosebite de care a dat deja dovadă de când profesează în spitalul nostru, cred că are și abilități manageriale. Sunt convins că vom face echipă bună, iar spitalul și pacienții vor avea de câștigat de pe urma activității sale”, ne-a declarat managerul unității medicale, Mircea Stoian, specialist în Radiologie şi Imagistică Medicală.
