And the third part, Op.47c, is this"Symphony in A flat major 'Phoenix'" in 5 movements [62 minutes] The first two parts of the “SymphonicConcert No.2" were premiered in Beijing by the China Youth SymphonyOrchestra in 1997. However, thecomposing of the third part has been delayed. The reason is the author'sChinese heart: for thousands of years, the word "deep disaster" hasbeen following this nation, but, however, the Chinese finally rise in the eastof the world from the deadly dark. Howcan the composer present this symphony in the most appropriate form, and bringblessings to the world? Until the ideaof "Phoenix sigh" inspired the author's rolling music. The themes of all of the previous musicare also interrelated. All of theplayers join the forces to create the powerful music that " The Chinesesymphony has never been sounded like this before, and it is all about achievinga brilliant future”, the critic said in “People’s Music”, the major musicmagazine in China, 2009.

Item Number: S0.405495 Written by Rev. Dr. Samuel Tang and composed by An-Lun Huang in 1985, Easter Cantata is the first Chinese symphonic oratorio masterpiece. Performed by Lanzhou Symphony Orchestra and Lanzhou Concert Hall Choir in 2018, a CD has been released by the China Soul for Christ Foundation. The publishing of the score, with that CD, definitely would be also a very nice memory of Rev. Dr. Samuel Tang.

Item Number: S0.873211 PIANO CONCERTO IN G MINOR, Op.25b(1983) makes up the second part of his opus 25, "Symphonic Concert No.1", which also includes the “a, Symphonic Overture No.1” and the “c, Symphony in C major” in four movements. The “b, Piano Concerto No.1 in g minor” was completed in 1982 and dedicated to Joseph Banowetz, Huang's close friend. Its world premiere was taken place in Canton, China in 1984, by Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra and the soloist, American pianist Joseph Banowetz, conducted by Tak-ng Lai, a Canadian conductor. The CD of it was performed by Banowetz and the Central Opera Orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Zheng Xiao-ying in 1986. As the largest formed work of the the Chinese piano repertoire, this work has been successfully performed by Zhou Yubo, accompanied by the China National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Xu Dong-xiao on April of 2012. The first movement is written in a sonata form, with an introduction and a cadenza of virtuosity. Another heavy cadenza goes with the meditative 2nd movement, which gets more folk style. The energetic third movement, which has a broad and lyric secondary part, leads to a brilliant conclusion.
