Tramvaiul turcesc care a ajuns de 6 luni în Timişoara, nu este pus nici acum la dispoziţia oamenilor. Şi asta doar din cauza birocraţiei. În timp ce hârtia de omologare a acestuia se plimbă de la Bucureşti la Timişoara şi înapoi, călătorii îngheaţă în garnituri vechi de 50 de ani.
